Return & Exchange Policy (Adlas Books)
Return Policy:
- We accept returns of all printed books or unopened items and products, and without scraping the activation code, within 7 business days of receipt for a full refund. the process will be as follows:
1.The (shipping fee) will be deducted from the customer’s refund, which costs 26.45 riyals
2.A (return shipping fee) will be also deducted from the customer’s refund, which costs 17.55 riyals
3.Deduction of 6 riyals from the bank when using the online payment gateways services.
= For a total of (50) riyals!
All digital products ,such as e-books and tests, are not refundable ,because the product is a (code) that if it is used by opening it, it cannot be returned or compensated for its value.
Note
- A product or an item that has been opened
- An activation code has been scraped
- Exceeding the delivery time of the product to the shipping company
→ cannot be refunded due to the violation of the terms and conditions.
Exchange Policy:
In case a customer wants to replace printed books or unopened items, the condition of the product must be ensured (no code scraping nor product opening)
· Digital books can be replaced if it is confirmed that the code is not activated, and the replacement will take place within 10 business days.
· Digital books and tests are not refundable when the code is used.
· The shipping fee (with VAT) will cost 25.30 Riyals.
· If the price of the product to be exchanged is higher than the price of the product received, the price difference must be paid in order for the exchanging process to be approved.
· If the price of the product to be exchanged is lower, the difference will be transferred to the costumer within 3 business days.
· Note : the exchange period is only 10 days from the receiving date of receipt, in case the difference in the purchase amount (or) the product is in an improper condition (they cannot be exchanged due to the violation of the terms and conditions.)
